Frisco neolib denies all responsibility, blames lolbertarians who never win an election for the methpocalypse destroying the city.

Strawman. I advocated for none of what you accuse me of and your rant serves purely to emotionally appeal against an argument I never actually claimed. "Quick Google search shows that..." Bullshit. "During the pandemic" the homeless were literally rounded up to camp out in designated areas and the number of homeless roaming the streets decreased dramatically as a result. (I know that because I live here not because I searched for media pieces telling me so.) To say "the city hands out drugs" is completely dishonest and I don't know how you're going to equate delivering prescriptions or whatever it is you read in support of that.

This is due to political stances of the attorney general, who refuses to prosecute these crimes

Again, dishonest bullshit. Were you here for the election where the DA you are referring to was recalled, with a new DA having been in office for some time? You gotta update your tabloid talking points, man.

Your reaction is quite similar to the reaction I’ve had from almost every person I’ve discussed this with in SF.

Really because everyone I've talked to (not on the Internet) are those champing at the bit to get the problem "people" out of their sight and shivering with fear at how "crime's going up" and frantically calling for more police / medical / establishment intervention (force) despite the general trajectory of crime and its risk in the past twenty years being safer than the city has ever been, and despite the visibility of the homeless being brought down dramatically during and after the pandemic (because they were rounded up, remember).
