My parents are your standard moderate liberals. They never were passionate about politics until Trump was president. They despised him in a way that made them actually look into the issues America was facing as they are upper middle class with good jobs. Now my parents both have opinions on certain topics that surprise me with how left leaning they are.

My extended family however is extremely conservative. Half are religious conservative the other half are I don't want to pay any taxes because I'm so wealthy. The religious half loved Trump to the point where they think the USA is doomed now without him in power and the economic half despised Trump and never voted for him and while they don't like Biden they seem to like him more than Trump which is surprising .
