I’m in the same boat. Applied 4/7, interview 4/8, I submitted requested documents 4/8 and it’s been “pending” since. It’s already been “escalated” and there’s nothing anyone can do to help me. I called again today and was told there’s been no action on it and I just have to wait. 3 months to get an answer is excessive especially when I can’t even talk to someone who knows why it’s held up. There has no be a reason but I can’t speak with anyone who can even help me. Was on hold for 2.5 hours to speak to a customer service person only to get hung up on because the message said they weren’t able to take my call due to call volume. I wish I could just speak to someone who makes decisions.
