You were quite far off the decline in that you said that "people" were still getting infected, with a global pandemic "people" could mean thousands, hundreds. You never mentioned that the article stated a few dozen out of 30 million. That was my only point, otherwise agreed with you. I have worn a mask since the start.
So far is it less that uncommon, I don't know what the percentage of 20 or so people out of 20 million would be, but you bet it's a tiny amount. This number might grow like you say, but that's all hypothetical at the minute, we can only go by what we know, whether this be good or bad.
