From Windows to hackintosh to macbook

Microsoft's Statement to The Verge:

"Microsoft only licenses Windows on ARM to OEMs". When asked whether it plans to change this policy to allow Boot Camp on ARM-based Macs, and the company said "we have nothing further to share at this time"

It would take some close collaboration between Apple and Microsoft to make Windows work via Boot Camp again on Apple silicon without virtualization. Surface ARM chips are made by Qualcomm and are different than Apple Silicon. I'm not saying that it may not happen in the distant future, but probably not in the next year or two.
