I tuned into The Financial Diet for the first time in a few years. And... well when last I watched them their youtube videos were actually about saving and using money wisely. As I scrolled through what they are making youtube videos about now its all "here's a social ill and the only solution is for the government to do everything for us, and also here's some reality TV dish."

And I'm saying that as someone who isn't like conservative or anything. Its just jarring to see that the channel has gotten kind of, IDK, not cynical per se. But just resigned to the fact that voting for the most progressive person is the only way to fix you budget or whatever. And also those real house wives amiright. The channel just seems like its for coastal city dwellers. The rest of us hicks be damned.
