When I was a little kid something similar happened to me. On Saturdays we used to visit MacDonalds for lunch. Mum would order the food and send me off to grab a table from a very young age because the place was always so busy. Sometimes you would just end up eating standing up because there were just so many people trying to eat there. Anyway there was one day. It was fairly quiet and I was sitting at a four seater table, waiting or my mum when this woman and her kids sat at it and forced me out. I told her I was sitting there and she just screamed at me until I left the table. No one came to my rescue. Took me a good five minutes to grab another table. I told my mum what had happened when she came upstairs. I didn't eat my food as I recall and didn't want to go in the play area after that (I loved that stupid play area). Guess kid me was a little shaken up. I actually thought my mum was going to freak out at me over it (she would scream and hit over the slightest thing) but instead she just gave the other woman evil looks until we left.

It only ever happened that one time and it still bothers me. Who the hell steals a table from a little kid then screams at them when they tell them politely the table is already theirs? She justified it by saying there were more of her then me so I had to move... The worst part is, if I hadn't grabbed a table by the time my mum came up she would have been mad at me.
