Fuckin FACTS

The problem is not that no one wants to work anymore. The truth is that no one wants to work for you anymore.

No one wants to give maximum effort for minimum wage.

No one wants to have an income that’s barely enough to stay alive. $7.25 is nowhere near enough. In a lot of areas, not even $15 is enough.

No one wants to treat belligerent abusive customers like gods while the customers treat them like scum of the earth. You have the right to refuse service to anyone.

No one wants to work so many hours that they forget what it feels like to be awake and not working. They work for you. That does not mean you own their lives.

No one wants to cancel vacations because their time off request was denied. They aren’t asking for permission, they’re telling you they won’t be there.

No one wants to spend their free time ready to go to work at a moment’s notice. If you expect them to answer the phone and come in, then it’s not free time and you need to pay them for it.

If you want workers, then pay them for the effort you expect from them, let them refuse service to the asshole customers, let them have a life outside work, let them take time off, and leave them alone during their free time. The solution could not be more obvious. If those requirements will destroy your business, then you have a non-sustainable business model. Either make it sustainable, or enjoy your bankruptcy.
