Ok, he DID commit anytime and he would not stop shaking the cops off and jerking himself around. And yes, you are supposed to comply blindly and await your chance to email yourself in a trial or once you are back at the police station. He refused for several minutes to get into the vehicle and would not stop moving and trying to shake the cops off him. It was handled lot but he did nothing to help himself. It was negligent homicide (like killing someone in a drunk driving accident) not murder. He would never have had having on him if he had complied and shown both his hands which he refused to do for almost two minutes. He was also high during his arrest making him more dangerous and unpredictable.
