This is the funniest voice acted line in the game, IMO

When you run a new audio file through a filter and then through whatever software Bethesda used for compression the File will be set. If you need to replace a piece of dialogue then yes the Lip sync file does the guess work on the animation part but what it doesn't do is sync the audio file being spliced in to the original sound filter.

If the file being spliced in isn't synced w the already filtered audio file that they aren't replacing then the sound will be muddied and off.

But judging from this it's what I believe is happening and I could be wrong.

The sound design is impressive and dynamic in this game they did an incredible job <3.
