You can literally get a better gaming PC with better longevity and upgradeability for $600 cheaper. The PSU and CPU cooler both have 10 year warranties, the case and SSD have 5 year warranties. Phanteks also makes a bunch of accessories for their case if you want to modify it down the line.
The CPU has 10 cores, is already faster in gaming than the 3700x out of the box, and is overclockable and upgradeable to 11th gen if you need an upgrade in the future.
If you absolutely have to have even more RGB fans, you can get the new Arctic Bionix 3pack which has a 6 year warranty and better performance than the Corsairs for half the price
