FX8320e -- What is the main difference between AM3 and AM3+ and which do I use for my build?

Ok so if you look on eBay, you could see a computer like this one here selling for more than an i5-6500/GTX 1060/DDR4 build would be, but with cheaper parts. So, from a sales aspect, wouldn't it be beneficial to just sell FX processor built machines? I mean, what benefit is there to spending more on parts to build an Intel machine and return less? That's what I'm confused about.

I just sold an FX-8350/GTX 1060 build for $799 yesterday, which costed me less than $500 to build. If I were to do DDR4 RAM, i5-6500, 1060 6GB and SSD, it would've cost me close to $600 and the return would have been less, and it would have been harder to sell.

Do you have anyway to tackle this or counter this? I had a hard time selling my GTX 1050 i3-6100 computer for $475, yet I can put a GTX 1060, FX-8320 and sell it for $800. That's nuts. And we know that the first PC is better, if you just upgrade to a 1060. So from a business aspect, is there any real way to counter this?
