Speaking of pleading guilty Joel Greenberg, Gaetz's alleged coconspirator pled guilty to a bunch of felonies.
Greenberg faces maximum terms of imprisonment of 20 years for wire fraud, 15 years for illegally producing a false identification document, 15 years for conspiracy, and 5 years for stalking. He also faces mandatory minimum sentences of imprisonment: of 10 years, and up to, life in prison for sex trafficking of a child, and of 2 years for aggravated identity theft.
This dude is doing 10 years minimum, and his entire deal hinges on him snitching on every single person involved in this. If he lies, the government can just take this fuck to trial and his ass is toast. His sentencing is in December, so we'll see more about Gaetz after that.
