Gaining weight when I really shouldn't be?

Lol I've never ever had anything remotely close to 200 pounds to lose. It's extremely easy to lose when you're that much of an absolute unit.

What you don't seem to get, probably since you're so gigantic, is that muscle actually has weight. For those of us who are actually at a healthy weight already and just looking to lose more, it does make a difference.

Not to mention that my clothing has become significantly looser so I'm quite clearly losing inches off my waist.

This is why your simplistic parroting of an empty phrase is so fucking useless. Everyone already knows what you're saying, no one needs advice from someone with so little to offer that they might as well be a bot.
