fasting is the safest thing, even dry fasting i was worried doing it but I pissed every morning sometimes twice a day and one day I was sweating doing heavy lifting of things and my body burned tons of fat off to make water for me that i pissed for damn near 30 secs in the morning the next day. For what to do it’s simple: work your way into fasting 20 hours of the day and the other 4 you eat in. Eat 1500 calories at least or more and avoid sugar. If you want more fat burning then do 48-72 hour water fasts with the snake juice recipe drinking a cup of coles 2L amount each day. Don’t starve your calories like before with that low 800 amount it fucks up your metabolism when you eat low. Dry fasting is easy once you get experience with the previous fasting but you would only want to do dry fasts on days you don’t go out or do anything. 45lbs at around 0.8-1.4lbs a day water fasting you do the math for 3-4 water fast days a week. 20 hour/ 4 eating will still burn your fat off but not as quick as a days in a row as your body is in ketosis during those combo days the whole time and the eating days it has to burn off the food for a few hours then gets into ketosis
