I’m also disappointed in his fighting style. I know a comic-accurate Taskmaster would be annoying to implement and even more annoying to fight, but there’s so much missed potential in him being able to copy our abilities and adapt to our strategies. He has such a cool power, but he’s just treated like a guy who is kinda good at fighting.

I had a similar problem with the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. In his one-off appearance early in the show, he was super intimidating, because he could anticipate every move that the heroes made and they had to evolve their strategies to beat him. But then in every future appearance, he was just another bad guy who got punched quite a lot.
