To start there is a government weapon named MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio)and the is how they are making you hear their voices it's works by using the Fray effect discovered back in the 60' using microwaves to oscillat your body inducing vibrations heating up and expand rapidly. Those vibrations it causes turns into electrical impulses inside the inner ear sometimes know as silent audio.

I have found that focusing an image in their mind makes it harder for them to read you and the hear what your thinking my an AI computer to learn their speech patterns and figures out what people are thinking based off by reading reading the micro expressions in your mouth, jaw and throat and the best way to block them from reading your thoughts is stop thinking in a defined language and literary think in gibberish. Keeping them from understanding what your thinking and they are also reading the visual cortex and sees what we are focusing on and the images we make inside our mind. The best way I found to mess with them is by picturing certain things if you know what I mean.
