Is this game worth getting into?

So basically the game is good because they gave you a lot of packs and you can reach silver in ranked (which is only one tier above bronze and you're satisfied with it because .... ???). That makes it a good, quality game?

I'm gonna give you an example and I hope you think about it.

In hearthstone, which is the most expensive card game there is on the market, as so many people on reddit have complained and everytime a new card game comes out people need to trash it in the according sub. The most OP legendary card, Dr.Boom, was a 7 mana 7/7 that summoned 2 tokens that could deal up to 8 dmg on your opponent's board, and is based on RNG. You can put one copy of it in your deck, and the vanilla(worst) version of a 7 drop is a 7/7 that doesn't do anything.

Now, a legendary in eternal, called SandStorm Titan (Referred to as SST), is a 4 mana 2T, 5/6 that has Endurance and 'Units can't fly', which is a considerably good upside. You can put up to 4 copies of this card in your deck. At the same time, the worst version of a 4 drop with 2T is a 4/4, that doesn't do anything. You see what the difference is?
