The fact you seem unable to grasp simple concepts and terms surrounding game development is worrying, I suspect you're another 13 year old who thinks his 5 minutes invested in Game Maker 7 makes him a full fledged developer.

You need to make a proof of concept to show you aren't some diddling moron who's going to drive the IP (Intellectual Property) into the ground and if you can prove that you are actually skilled? that's when you contact a translator to send an email, message or something to the creator of the Gamer.

You then show him your proof of concept and he can decide whether or not your abilities measure up this creation and if it does, whether or not he even wants someone to make a game yet.

Frankly, the fact someone had to tell you what an IP is, tells me that you don't have the faintest idea of what you're doing here.

Delete this post, go back to school and get a job in Games Development, once you've done that then you might have the cred to get something like this done.
