Gamers of reddit, what annoys you the most in video games?

This mostly only a problem for action rpgs.. Small inventories/Loot Overload. Theoretically you actually have quite a lot of inventory space in games like Diablo, but the big problem is the sheer amount of loot that comes out of enemies. It's like monsters are a pinata that's full to the brim, you pop it open and boom every inch of the screen is covered in ridiculous amounts of items. It's fun to collect all of the loot, but I find it extremely disappointing when I constantly have to throw away items to collect better items. Sure you can pop a town portal or whatever, but then the game just becomes selling loot simulator. You can also just leave everything thats low rarity lying there on the ground, but personally that hurts my soul. I feel like the best way to have loot feel satisfying is to reduce the amount of drops overall so it feels even better when that super rare legendary drops.

I know there are action rpgs where this isn't as much of a problem and there's going to be plenty of people out there that don't actually mind this, but it honestly it's my biggest pet peeve about action rpgs.
