Business, management, and finance are all quite different things.

Games are made to be played for fun. While there are a large number which involve financial management, even running a "business", they are a) simplified, b) have additional elements that you won't encounter in the real world (eg dungeon crawling or leveling up), and c) unfairly biased in the player's favour because running a failing business isn't fun.

I seriously doubt you'd be able to learn anything of any real world use by playing video games beyond the absolute basics of buy low, sell high, leverage, etc.

If you want to learn business, use a textbook. Save the video games for something to relax with after studying.
