The CPU is an i5 4460. It will perform much better in games than the AMD FX 8350/8320.

The GPU is an R9 380. It will run most games at 1080p/60 at high settings.

The monitor is a decent 1080p 60hz monitor. I have the same one and it's pretty good.

I chose Windows 8.1 because it's cheaper, and you can upgrade to Windows 10 for free.
