[Gaming] Red Dead Redemption 2 Publisher Doesn't View Loot-Boxes As Gambling

When an item drops after you kill a mob in an RPG do you win something? No.

Is it gambling when you buy an RPG and have chances for random item drops? No.

It does not matter if you pay once to buy an RPG to get unlimited drops or pay money every time you want to "get" a drop if the item is not yours then it's not gambling.

Or if you prefer, winning access to something desirable and scarce in the game. It's ludicrous to deny.

What you are asking for here but may not realize is to classify all random chances in all games games as gambling because some people pay for a game and are just really unlucky with not getting the random experiences possible in the game. It does not matter if you pay for one ticket to access a game or a hundred tickets either both are gambling or neither are.
