Except that a first hand account is just another way of saying "an anecdote", which is not the same thing as a scientific study, of which you also have no scientific evidence demonstrating people with zero sex drive by medical disorder.

So you've not provided evidence, you've provided an opinion, as if it were evidence & then said "yeah well this other medical thing we have evidence for exists, so this claim there is no evidence for must do too."
