You seem to think that when I say "output more energy", that it means "output more energy, forever". It doesn't. I never specified the timeframe.

I can output over 1500MW of energy, from steam turbines, with this setup. It can be maintained at this level for a decent amount of time. Not only does it have 200+ steam containers worth of energy. It also has 2400 heat pipes of energy, to replenish the steam. This allows the setup to output a POWER(not heat) of 1500MW+, for a considerable amount of time.

But, in reality if I'm using 1500MW, I will run out of energy(that's an EXTREME scenario).

The real perk of this setup, is that it can keep up with variances. A normal nuclear setup can only output 1120MW. Mine can output 1500MW+, at peak. Is it a STABLE output? No. It's PEAK output. They are very different things.

The "usefullness" of this setup, compared to a normal one, is when you are using around 1000MW of energy a day. If one day your energy usage spikes to 1300MW, because you start up your reserach, and your lazer turrets all fire, you would normally have brownouts(power loss to base). With my setup, you will not have powerloss, from temporary power spikes, unless it goes about 1500MW.
