I gave up on Ubiquiti today (Rant included)

We have crimped well over 500 RJ45s in under 48 hours

I mean ... there was absolutely no logic behind doing this as a troubleshooting step so that one is on you.

Your story keeps changing so I'm not sure how much of this is exaggeration to save face at this point. I'm sure you were having problems but without any reasonable troubleshooting steps taken the information isn't very useful. Could be anything from buggy firmware to bad hardware or just configuration issues or exceeding capacity of the intended use. I don't get pissed when technology doesn't work. I try to figure out why it's not working and how to move forward from there. If you're not taking the time to figure out what the root problem is then you're just shooting in the dark and setting yourself up for being upset at how much time you've wasted.
