Going through something similar myself. Seeing a guy who’s absolutely perfect for me. Think we’re perfect for each other. Not a single argument, all our interests are perfectly aligned, we like the same things sexually, etc. problem is he lives 300 miles away so I only get to see him once a month.

I’m the monogamous type and he’s feeling super guilty about hooking up but I think it would be totally unreasonable for me to expect monogamy in this situation so agreed to keep it open for now. Not entirely sure how I feel about it but came to the conclusion I’d rather have him open then not have him at all.

Hope we can work towards being exclusive but for now I’m just glad he’s in my life. Every relationship requires compromise and if everything else is perfect then this is one I can live with.
