Not true. DNA is the building blocks for us, yes. But personality, traits, goal, ambitions and such are enviromental. But even that isn't the full case. How are are "born" dictates how easily we adapt to set enviroment and evolve as people. How I was 10 years ago is different from today, but how I became different is set out to my strengths and weaknesses to my enviroment.
