To me the top selling female artist should be someone who actually deserves it, that's the only problem.

I never even said I don't like her music, or that it was shit, if you reread my posts I actually complimented her, I just said the only reason she is famous is because she is hot.

Like it or not, I don't think you deserve to be famous because you are hot, that is my biggest beef, she may be a good person, but she is taking the limelight away from other people that deserve it more, and she is just lucky she was born with her looks and didn't have to work hard.

Most other artists go to school; postsecondary, for music production, Beyonce didnt, she was scouted out young, and molded by the industry. That means she really didn't earn any of it, she was just given it.

Again not saying her music is shit or people shouldn't listen to it, I just wish that we didn't live in a society where an art form like music gets ruined by glitz and glamour which is certainly does. Music never was about dancing, or being pretty until relatively recently.

Nobody can argue that dancing, and being pretty has anything to do with music.

Dancing and being pretty has to do with performing, and Beyonce is a good performer, I literally refuse to accept her as an actual musician, she again is just a performer. People write those notes, those chords, those drum lines, set out the time signature, write the lyrics, and she just performs it.

She can be famous, that is fine, but as a musical performer, not as a musician.

The fact people call her the Top Selling Female Artist, doesn't make sense, she's not an artist.

An artist is someone who creates their own art, Beyonce does not create art.

That's all, I never said people can't enjoy her, or like her, she is a great performer and entertainer and the world needs people like that.

I'm just heavily into music, and I guess I don't like how the art form is being degraded and blended in with entertainment performance. There is again a difference between a musician and an entertainer.

Musicians do it for the music, entertainers do it for the entertainment.

I bet you Beyonce loves music and it is her life, but she doesn't have creative control over anything she writes.

Nobody can have full creative control over their music and be as big as Beyonce, it has to be collaborative effort of possibly hundreds of people that are pumping that out.

Beyonce is a conglomerate, people should be worshipping the producers and writers, along with her. She isn't a single entity.

Very few artists have made it big on their own.

Goapele is just as pretty as Beyonce, but she has her own record label, and produces everything, the chances of her making hit after hit like Beyonce is impossible because she doesn't have a team of professionals who have been in the business for decades helping her create everything.

I actually don't even like Deep Purple, and I personally don't even like Flume, I just know a lot about music, and know that both those artists created their own success on their own, and didn't have other people making everything.

People can like Beyonce, I never once said you can't, I just can't help myself when she is treated like a musician, she isn't a musician.
