Gender studies have no basis in reality, they're pure ideology

That's because the universities have been taken over by a bunch of ideologs who just want to push the same agenda over and over again. For millions of years men have been the natural leaders, providers, and protectors of humanity, that's how it is for a reason. It's not "socially constructed", saying it's all made up is like saying a beehive is "socially constructed", not we behave this way because of evolution and biology.

But some think this is somehow bad. Feminists basically came along and started trying to push this agenda than men are bad and that we should give more women power. It has been a disaster. At my university they even took down Star Trek posters in the CS class because they thought it wouldn't appeal to women.

But they don't ask why Star Trek doesn't appeal to women in the first place, because it is about science, exploration, all things women are not good at.

What's even stupider is that that has become controversial to say. It upsets people to know that men are better at these things than women are, so they try to make up theories to explain away man's superiority in these areas. They talk about oppression, etc. Nature cannot oppress. IT would be like saying it's oppression that men are stronger than women.

I'm glad people are finally starting to wake up to it.
