If you are a plans person, I think you will really like OPKs! It’s so helpful to see your body’s patterns and it’s really easy once you get in the habit. I take pictures of all my tests in the Premom app and it works amazingly well!
I keep trying new things too, every cycle I feel like I tweak my attempts just a bit. I’ve tried science based things like seed cycling and Mucinex and woo woo just for fun weird things like wearing crystal bracelets or blue lingerie in hopes of conceiving a boy. For some people “trying” adds stress, but for me the thought of just “relaxing” actually sounds a lot more stressful which defeats the purpose. Once I know what’s going on with my body I can feel at least a small sense of control, which I find reassuring.
