They're totally unoriginal stylistically - all pastiches of SLP, Celine, and even Amiri (itself not especially original) - but for the pricepoint that's not unexpected.

I've only briefly handled SLP boots, and it was quite some time ago -- but based on what I remember, I'd say that the Luxxemx pairs have lesser-quality leather but similar-quality finishing. I wasn't impressed with the construction quality of the SLPs for their pricepoint, but these are like a tenth of the price so that tradeoff is totally acceptable.

Incidentally, Ann D shoes seem to have really bad QC. I've owned two pairs of older Ann sneakers and they both developed an annoying insole squeak. Also heard some fun stories of the soles of boots detaching, which is wacky.
