How do AEW fans want AEW to be an indie style alternate promotion & also want 100% homegrown WWE star Charlotte Flair to sign for them? She learnt everything from WWE. There is no indie version of Charlotte. Unlike Dean Ambrose who just abandoned his WWE character & brought back his indie garbage from before WWE to fit in. Highly unlikely he would, but hypothetically, if Tony were to get Charlotte, it's either doing nothing or revamping the show to be more WWE esque. And it isn't even that difficult with Mark Henry & Big Show, who have scouted the athletes smarks hate so much for the WWE btw, pushing to sign Bray Wyatt & Braun Strowman, also 100% WWE homegrown. Tony's ultimately a mark who will mark out over getting WWE main eventers. These ones would go & do exactly what they did in WWE because that is what they know. If Tony gets his hands, hypothetically because I don't think he really will, on homegrown WWE talent with more starpower than his current toys, it's becoming WWE 2.0.
