The general perception of people with ASPD is so inaccurate and ignorant

I will accept that you believe it. But I'd challenge you to name a "friend" who takes more from you then you get out of them. (I don't care, this is more of a thought experiment than an answerable question)

Or to phrase it a different way; I'm sure you've had friends come and go. Of the ones that left, why did they go? Did you grow apart? values changed? Maybe they got married? In each case what you were getting out of the relationship changed.

Just some things to think about. And since I've asked you to think about some things, I'll think about what you asked. I'll step outside the box for a moment.

Two things. One, that world sounds miserable. Living life like that is just waiting to be taken advantage of. It is going to attract users, which probably explains the high number of socios in your life. protip; when I get involved in someones life they never ever, fucking ever know that I lack the guilt gene. And if you've got people admitting they are sociopaths, you're dealing with edgy idiots.

And two; you and I live our lives on completely different wavelengths. As in, I'll never understand your worldview, and you'll never understand mine. And that's cool. But you are not going to find understanding here.
