MOD NOTE:

You appear to be having trouble replying to other people's posts. Even though you are addressing specific commenters in your replies, you are not posting replies to their comments but instead you are posting new root-level comments to your own post. So it isn't clear who you are speaking to in your replies.

When you want to post a reply to a specific commenter, do not type your reply into the main text box near the top of your original post. That is for new comments to your original post, not replies to existing comments. Instead, find the comment that you wish to reply to, and then note the horizontal menu bar immediately beneath the comment. It lists the following options:

permalink . embed . save . spam . report . give gold . reply

Click on the reply option. That will open a new text box into which you type your reply. Click the save button when finished, and your reply will then be properly located and indented immediately beneath the comment that you are replying to, making it clear who you are speaking to.
