That's not the point at all of the subreddit. They're not trying to create a united "Asian-American culture" or any of the implications you seem to be making.

What? Again, that's not the point at all. The literal concept of "Asian-American identity" is flawed itself, but they're not pushing for that concept on all Asians. It's really about the common struggle of the Asian diaspora all face in Western countries. There's no need to adhere to the respective Asian ethnic identity because they don't face the same issues with their Western-counterparts.
