Gentle parentings actual name is authorative parenting (as opposed to authoritarian)

Unfortunatly most social media influencers wouldn't know what authorative parenting was if they had a world renound expert in front of them explaining it!

They just make little videos, without any actual knowledge of child development or psychology.

Want to know what parenting philosophy is actually most recommended and assessed against by pediatricians, social workers etc?

"good enough parenting" - this is what results in the most balanced children and stable parents.

But that doesn't get the hashtags and up votes as setting up a nice little video or whatever, with wooden toys on low white shelves and an over staged child/parent interaction.
