Genuine Question: Why is it bad to want to leave out of hate for home country?

I will leave Germany and its bad weather, cold people and the culture to south America soon.

I will trade High security, an abundance of laws, a culture of strictness, unfriendly people, the cold and annoying climate against kind people, bland food, high crime and low security, amazing weather

Bland food? Where in South America? Even Colombia (notorious for an unimpressive offering of fried foods and stacks of meat) is starting to get outside influence in the cities. Lots of Indian and and middle eastern influence coming in, due to immigrant populations. On the other end of the spectrum, Peruvian food has everything, Lima's easily the gastronomic capital of South America, if not the New World (not sure if Mexico has any true "center" for its cuisine, maybe Oaxaca). The quality of the produce in Latin America is top tier - they harvest when ripe, they don't ripen with ethylene, so the flavors actually develop in the fruits. Brazilian food is varied as well, and quite good!
