Georges St-Pierre says he'll retire with a loss at UFC 217, reveals why he left in 2013: 'I was fighting against a whole system back in the day. I was very outspoken about the drug problem that we had, people made fun of me, ‘ahhh, he’s a paranoid guy' ... But look what happened now'

"Less harmful than alcohol."
U wot? Pretty sure you're not counting the fact that liver support supplements are unregulated and typically do more harm to the liver. And the fact that you'll probably need carcinogenic breast cancer drugs like Nolva PCT. And the fact that steroids will shut down your testes and mess up your natural cycle, also messing up your cholesterol. And the fact that steroids are unregulated and the doses are difficult to know and the purity is questionable. And the fact that you'll probably need an AI, which can cause permanent changes to soft tissues. And the fact that the steroids have a lot of peripheral side effects, like hair loss. And the fact that most steroid cycles include growth hormone, which can fuel cancer and enlarge the internal organs, all while hardening the arteries.

And the fact that alcohol in moderation has been shown to be close to harmless.

But yeah, other than that, you're totally correct, my scholarly friend. Steroids totally be less harmful than alcohols.
