German mayor says 10-year-olds shouldn’t ‘provoke’ sex attacks by migrants

What defines "how a promiscuous person dresses" is defined by the culture they live in. I'm not here to defend how they are acting but instead how to explain how this comes about.

Tell me, could anyone argue that if someone was out in public wearing bondage gear, and written on their face it says "I'm a slut, please fuck me", with crazy sex toys all around them - could we start calling this theoretical person a Slut? Now if this person actually was raped - could the defense say "Well he/she was asking for it, it was written right on their face"!

I'm going to assume that most reasonable people could agree to that statement.

So that is the line in our culture that pretty much everyone could agree to, correct?

Well what about your Mom, where would she draw that line? Perhaps to her wearing incredibly short shorts that literally your ass cheeks are hanging out would be that line. They wouldn't need the bondage gear or even the writing on their face.

Now what about your grandma? Your grandma might think that simply wearing a mini-skirt is that line.

Why? Because all of these three people have gone through different generations of what is acceptable in society vs. what is not.

To some people wearing Jeans and a T-shirt is that line because in their society wearing anything less than head to toe clothing is essentially 'advertising that you are promiscuous and want sex'.

Again not defending anyone here - just trying to point out that there actually is a line in the sand at which pretty much all reasonable people could say "That person is promiscuous and advertising that they want sex"

Where that line is differs between cultures and generations.
