Germany to Accept 10000 Refugees

Cut welfare to a certain extent

That I support actually. I'm not sure why we're so generous with non-citizens. Our welfare programs are supposed to be for citizens. For example, I live in a University town basically, we have a lot of students from all over EU and outside coming to study here. However these people don't get anything for free except access to our education system. I often see foreign students working in all kind of 'mini-jobs' all around to afford living here. Why then illegal immigrants get everything on a silver platter.

punish refugees who commit crimes by deportation, abolish chain migration

Uh. Deportation of those with no clear country of origin or country that doesn't want to accept them back is difficult. It's not like Germany isn't trying but we can't just dump people into the sea.

intensify integration by tying welfare benefits with mandatory language courses

That I can stand behind.
