Astounding hypocrisy. Other than Sweden, Germany has gone further than any other Western country to accept millions of migrants from countries and a culture alien to theirs.

Wherever one stands on the migration issue, there is little doubt that Germany has shown compassion to an extremely high level, to the point where the impact of migration will result in a very different country in one or two generations.

Meanwhile the wealthy states in the Middle East don't have such a great track record accepting migrants themselves.
