Germany starts enforcing hate speech law.

Banning organisations doesn't do anything to the underlying ideology. I'm not advocating banning something but rather questioning whether we're going to see a consistent application of the law or selective application depending upon whether the said deplorables insult a certain group that the 'powers that be' have decided to be protected this month. Anti-semitic BS being spewed at a local mosque on Friday? nothing happens. A white power nitwit posts something mean on Facebook and they find their door kicked down before the kettle is finished boiling. If governments are going to pass these laws then either enforce it across the board without exception or don't bother having the law in the first place. The moment you start selectively enforcing the law you'll quickly find there is fertile ground for far right candidates to harvest grievances from.
