Germany will require companies to put women executives on their boards

Perhaps white males don't have as many programs encouraging them to join X profession, but to say that you know they worked hard to get there compared to others is kinda ridiculous.

White males also have the fewest obstacles to overcome and (male aside for a moment) white people tend to have the most of a leg up on life on average via family wealth and connections.

Just getting into a good college has an impact on your future career and that's something that rich families literally pay to accomplish.

Given all of that, I think if you think about it more, you'll see that the idea that being white and male means they worked harder is absolutely wrong.

You can't know how hard someone worked by their ethnicity or gender and it's wrong to think it's necessarily biased at all in the direction you claim.
