Getting dunked in 5NL Zoom. Any tips?

The issue is you're playing too loose. On zoom a lot of players are on 4 or more tables at once, even 12, 16 tables. They are playing only the best 12-16% of hands while you arr probably playing what you're use to playing away from zoom.

This doesn't mean you need to become a nit, just that a lot of your hands you decide to play headup are probably beat preflop so you are playing to crack over pairs and strong aces. You have to bet strong to get hands that have missed out and you have to give up when beat, no calling to see if they have it - they usually have it on microstakes zoom, they're rapid folding so much and waiting for players to pay them off when they hit
