Getting duplicates of epics still sucks

Sure, but asking for no duplicate epics you have to look at this from the economy/monetisation guy’s perspective.

Assuming an average player opens a total of 60 packs in the first month of an expansion, gets 6 duplicates and has to craft 6 epics for his decks.

Let’s say if no duplicates rule apply, he gets 3 out of 6 that are playable and he won’t disenchant 3 unplayable epics. Right now he spends 2400 dust for crafting, gets 600 dust from duplicates, so he spends 1800. If there were no duplicates he would craft only 3 for 1200 and keep the unplayable cards.

So I would say it’s not that big of a deal for the economy of the game, especially considering the amount of viable decks each expansion that the dust can be spent on. And maybe it can even make people buy more packs because the more they open the more value they’ll get by not having to craft that many epics.
