Getting kicked out of the US

Another option, but is pure luck and a bad idea 'cause you'd definitely get deported if you get caught lol. NYC tends to drop warrants for low-level crimes. This should be you're LAST resort!!!!! If you know 100% you're going to get deported and nothing to lose, don't show up for court and take the warrant. Don't make police contact for one year this way they don't run your name, and poof. Warrant gone, case dismissed. Like I said, LAST RESORT!!!! IDK if it'll work with you being in the immigration system, but if nothings to lose it's worth a shot. I've done it and got caught literally 2 weeks before that warrant would've been dismissed, I was smoking in a park and got caught and they found out about my warrant.

What do you know, I looked it up to be sure and here you go:

"The warrant amnesty may be a boon in particular for undocumented immigrants, who immigration lawyers say face a greater risk of deportation under the Trump administration, which has reversed rules created by former President Barack Obama prioritizing the arrests of serious criminals.

The dismissal of the warrants is “very significant in terms of the immigration consequences,” said Muzaffar Chishti, the director of the Migration Policy Institute at the New York University School of Law."
