Does hacking tool really work against winning move? I will share my secret that has requirements. It's not a direct counter, but after losing to winning move so many times, I had enough. This gives you a chance to fight back at least.
The card against winning move: Secret Stash Requirements: 1. Have a lot of joy where if they winning move, make sure you have more than enough to Secret Stash the same amount or equal to.
You cannot loan once yet. If you bankrupt once in game already, I would be weary if you loan.
Opponent must not double. If you see a double on winning move early game or late game. I would be incredibly cautious of loaning. I do not recommend it.
Secret Stash- Takes out 100% of joy most recently stolen from you.
Ex-You have 1 trillion, they use winning move and steal 200bil. After that, you can use Secret Stash to take out 200bil. Now, with winning move out of the way. The game will be extended until someone goes bankrupt or whoever has the most joy.
From my experience, most of the time, the opponent has nothing left after using Winning Move. Not to mention, you should own most of the properties. So use whatever remaining cards to finish them off.
