As to the point of him having a gf, there are more than a few dudes that have girlfriends that are closeted. This is obviously not the case for OP but this still isn’t a cut and dry situation of rape. if his boss hit on him or had sex with him because he saw he could take advantage of him that is definitely 200 percent rape. if he responded positively and wasn’t clearly incoherent and they were both drunk and had sex it’s a terrible fucked up situation for OP but i don’t see how that situation should end in rape charges for his boss/roommate. Let me know what I’m missing here that makes this such a clear cut case of predatory rape...
