Gift ideas between parents and in-laws?

Of course depends on how much money both can put in.

But here is my idea for the gift from the Korean side: a nice set of brassware (soup and rice bowls, chopsticks and spoons) for your parents. See for example https://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fi.ebayimg.com%2F00%2Fs%2FMTE1M1gxNjAw%2Fz%2FvhkAAOSwh-1W2R5P%2F%24_1.JPG&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebayshopkorea.com%2Fmain%2FoptionSearch%3FcategoryId%3D36028%26listingType%3DFixedPrice&docid=hF6-kyFb8VfrwM&tbnid=jYTBUdPwav_02M%3A&w=400&h=288&source=sh%2Fx%2Fim

If too pricey then just the spoon and chopsticks is also a nice gift set, perhaps a bit less flashy for a first meeting between in-laws.
